Those noodles looked divine! If it's possible, I would love to see a video where you have limited ingredients and use them in different dishes throughout the week, sort of like how you used the rice from the night before in the lunch idea the next day (for someone who can only go shopping on the weekend and doesn't want to eat the same two or three meals the whole week).

i'd suggest: salt, pepper, dried thyme, rosmary and dill. coat your veggies in oil and these spieces/herbs and throw in plenty of garlic cloves in their skins so they don't burn and drizzle honey or maple sirup on top and bake at 180 degrees celcius for about 40 min (depending on the kind and size of you veggies). love that combo in autumn :)
@sheeliekittie92983 жыл бұрын
@@BethAge95 this sounds like a great idea! wow, i never thought of garlic together with a syrup. i've agave nectar and many people in central europe told me, to have hot milk, syrup and a clove garlic.

A thought on the oatmeal dish (lovely autumnal color combo) is to add flax seed for omega, but maybe that would ruin the taste? Maple syrup possibly if it wouldn’t end up too sweet? I’m really interested in the textures tastes and smells we associate with themes like the season. There are so many! One really simple one is combinations of colors like the changing of leaves by combining muted shades of orange, green and yellow. I love that she partnered her advertising with some good synergy toward sustainability. Respect.

Yum! I love your food! Thank you for sharing these great inspiring dishes. What are your thoughts about people being concerned about the presence of wasps with figs? Some people are saying that because of this, digs are somehow not vegan. I’m just wondering what you think of this. Blessings 🙏🏽
@GoodEatings3 жыл бұрын
Hi Yeshe :) Thank you for your kind words, I'm so glad you enjoy my ideas and recipes! I hadn't heard the wasp discussion in relation to figs specifically but have heard about it in general terms. I do still buy foods as long as they are plant foods regardless of this fact. I am not sure if I would maybe change if this was something I learned more about as I am not super knowledgeable on the topic today. I think it's important though to do things to the best of my abilities and not let perfect be the enemy of good if that makes sense? I mean that it is more or less impossible to be entirely 100% vegan if taking into consideration how vegetables and fruits are grown, with insects in the dirt being hurt or killed when harvesting as an example. I just try to live my life with as much compassion as I possibly can and use my vote to try and change things on a higher level towards the kind of world where I want to live. One with good soils and biodiversity so that we didn't need to ship bees around to pollinate as an example here :) I hope this was in some way helpful to you and thank you for raising an interesting topic! I'd love to hear your thoughts on this :) x
