Rhett I need you to know that one of the hormones you get on your period can cause constipation. And if you are already predisposed due to constipation no matter how much water and fiber you take in, you can get so constipated that it causes cramps and pain that make it feel like your entire spine hurts, and if you lay in bed on your side and turn sometimes it cracks like if you rolled up and twisted a sheet of bubblewrap. Not that it's been happening to me for the past couple of years and causing a lot of confusion and frustration and medication switches or anything. DOES feel good when it's over though.
