I will only say to whoever is interested in buying, get copies of the owners meeting minutes from the date it was opened to owners/tenants until now. Also, ask for copies of all post build reports, including services. I cannot say anything more.

Beautiful buidling without question, but be aware With all the Airbnb rentals it is like a hotel , people in and out . That is why I chose a different luxury building in the area. That does not allow short term rentals

I have looked at this complex before online and thought the rentals were overpriced. But now I see all the facilities on video I can see why the prices are a bit higher. Thanks Guys, great info! 👍⭐ (edit) Just read the comments and the gold gets a thumbs down big time. You would have to buy and restyle with NO gold. 😆

Hey Jason, absolutely loved the pool condo, very nice indeed, the gold decor is a tad cheesy but I could definitely live with it, only one major thing............. the bloody height of the place, I would be constantly paranoid of an earthquake or severe storm 😂😂😂, even if offered the pool condo for next to nothing I wouldn't be comfortable in staying there , call me a wuss 😂😂😂, great video mate 👍👍🍻🍻

Hi Jason & Manu, Another great video. The gold is a bit ....well a lot actually....OTT for my tastes. However, each to their own. Even if I had the money, I'd invest it in a different style of of real estate. Thanks for exemplifying that there's something for everyone's tastes and budget in the Pattaya area.

10.6 million is crazy, even for a larger condo. I see a lot of 35sqm listed around 4.5-5 million, which be reasonable

Nice condos. I think if someone hates gold, they wouldn't make it through the lobby area. Not my favorite color scheme but the Facilities and the views make up for it. I wonder how much a 1 bedroom with a good view of 40 ish sq meters would go for to rent. I sound like a broken record, but great job. You two make a great team!

I like this building, the condos, amenities are first class, would consider this when I retire, close to the beach and nightlife without having to hear it at night. Do the condos have ovens? I like cook my own food.

Good video Jason. I like Copacabana’s location and the apartment layouts but I prefer a more minimalist interior design. An aside question, what happened to the red Mazda 2 and what are you driving now? Cheers.

Jason , the Gold bedspread and walls im not sure about but would have to see them in person I'm scared of heights , condos up to 8 floors would be not a problem, scared that buildings like copacabana would fall over, for the price I think there good value because of the location

what does foreign quota mean? im guessing means they can only sell so many condos to foreingers then thats it?

You got it right, a percentage are allocated for Thais and the remainder can be bought in a foreign name, the Thai quota ones can still be bought in a Thai company name.

very nice property. I would have to give a dislike on the gold, if you're asking, lol. That pool condo is really neat. There is a $1.23 billion dollar lotto jackpot in the US right now. If I win, I'll buy one for you and one for Manu:) lol I think the 13th floor was the highest floor in a building that I have lived. 40 or 50 floors, with a balcony, might take some getting used to, but i'd like it i think!

Must say view is great but a shoe box,watching the TVs in both rooms so close to watch.Marina for me is the place.This place is not for me to out lay that much cash.Claustrophobic the size.
