Damn, they are all great! The studio is my budget but of course I would love to have the 1 bedroom in del mare with that pool view. 😊 The villa is amazing! But would use more than the state pension in rent 😂😮. Bugger.

Hey Jason,the 1st condo the rent was $221 a month my Nevada gas and electric bill was $250 last month 😂😂 i really liked the pool villa.But Del Mare pool is amazing! Thanks again Jason 👍🙏

I'm pretty sure it gets hot enough over there where your electric bill at Mirage or Del Mare will be pushing $200+ too per month heh heh

Hi Jason, loved the villa (desperately needs an oven though😂😂), and del mare has one of the best pools I've seen on a condo block, so you've moved out of del mare then, where have you gone, and is it better there? Hi mate, haha thought you might have said that, easy done though! Del Mare definitely has the best pool I have seen too, the size, depth, view all superb👍. Moved out of Del Mare 6 months ago to a waterfront in Na Jomtien that I had always had my eye on, 60 sqm and nice 😊

You don’t need one really, I wash my closes, towels etc and hang them on a drying rack inside next to a closed window, go out for the day and come home and they are dry. But yes there are laundromats everywhere

Generally WiFi is not included and it’s up to you which provider/plan/speed although some buildings that have fiber optic available are hooked up with one provider BUT you can buy a 5G router and plan also 👍👍👍

Wow I like the villa but the first condo was like a rabbit hutch and would drive you crazy after a week ! Like you say the second condo is ok for 1 person. The villa is overpriced by 10k but everything is negotiable in Thailand. 👍🐲🙏🛵🇹🇭
