@TheGamerWithMore
@TheGamerWithMore 2 жыл бұрын
The phone isn't on the hotplate long enough for it to annoy the battery. That's prolonged exposure to 180°c, basically if Hugh left the phone on the hotplate for a super long time, then the battery could go into thermal runaway. Plus, when the phone is in your pocket, the internal temperature inside the phone gets up to around 35 - 40°c due to the radios being on at all times.

@@TweenkPL Just curious, where'd you read that it was debunked?
@TweenkPL
@TweenkPL 2 жыл бұрын
@@Votterbin The claim is from a Louis Rossman video where he looks at a leaked repair manual slide. On that slide, "GEO" refers to a type of calibration data that describes the physical alignment between wide, normal and tele cameras. This data is typically obtained after the phone is fully assembled and stored in NVRAM. I believe what the slide says is that if the logic board is replaced by a repair center, the camera also needs to be changed to the replacement-type module that contains updated GEO data, because this data is normally stored on the logic board only and not present in factory modules. This doesn't mean that the camera will refuse to run with swapped modules, it will just have lower image quality.

The screen is not responding to touch most of the time, and it's not the screen since I replaced that and it didn't fix the issue.
