No, pixel 8a is gonna be the better choise. Better hardware (120 Hz, bigger battery, better chip). Clean Android have some better features than IOS, like sharing to the device nearby and so on... And Iphone 12 is not gonna have update suport soon. With Google Pixels 7 year support, I would definetly recoment it.
