Same happened with me also after using for 6 months, IOS is not for me whereas on the other hand samsung 5 year old phone still rocks today I used s9 plus from Samsung for like a week and experience the edge display OMG it's awesome and now I own the pixel 5. I started using android many years ago, then switched to apple for several years and realized apple is selling the same phone each year with minimal to minor upgrades for more money and you technically don't own the phone do to everything being locked or restricted which means you have to pay for it if you want it on the phone. I've switched to the s23 ultra and tablet s9+ to replace my ipad and love it. I should have done a long time ago.

I own a chain of wireless stores. Reason that is, is because Apple pays a bigger spiff to the stores when we sell a device. So we tell our sales team to push higher profiting devices so they make more commission and we make more. But more people are happier with android devices and can get the same quality for less..

Shits hilarious just got an s23 ultra I love it but i almost wish I went went with pixel 7 pro. Its the only other dosplay on the market that can match samsungs quality. Same resoltion, amazing color and of course the best camera. So yeah idk pretty craxy for me display is what sets a phone apart since all can be good enough for daily use. Hard choice for everyone especially after seeing them both in person.

I cant use iphone ios but some things always work better on apple. Connecting devices, Applepay, siri with phone functions ie timers,notes. Face recognition. But ios navigation is clumsy and unintuitive. It doesn't matter how good the cars features are, if it doesn't drive well then it becomes a chore to use

As a long time Samsung user (S20FE 5G and S23 Ultra), what influenced me was first cost, flexibility of the Android system, the hardware performance and the ease of backing up locally without the need of cloud. I still think iPhones are great with their ecosystem, but Samsung's ecosystem suits me fine. Imagine if and when Apple add a long telephoto lens and a foldable phone. There are more third party accessories for iPhones, but I have USB-C memory sticks and Samsung T7 portable SSD's for external storage backup. And they were inexpensive! Will new iPhones with USB-C be able to use these?

Samsung phones don't come with stuff they used to have. I got my second Samsung Galaxy the first part of the year and found it to be a disappointment compared to my first one. It received an update in April and now the battery gets hot. Too hot to handle without some kind of protection. The temperature gets 118-130°F. I bought a new Motorola which costs less, has more memory and a few things the Samsung used to have.

For the first time I am (temporally) an iphone user and unexpectedly as an imac user I do not like the iphone. The missing back button is one of the most annoying things. Yes, sometimes you can swipe, sometimes not, some apps make you swipe down, others have an X in the right upper corner or an arrow in the left upper corner which brings you only half a step back, it drives me nuts. This reason is enough for me to not buy an iphone.

I think Samsung should be the one that has to be roasted. Their lack off innovation and hardware upgrades the past 3 years are absolutely criminal. Theres been no need to upgrade to their newer flagship models since the Note 20 Ultra. Their foldable phones are downright criminal. The fold 5 is the same as the fold 4 with just a better cpu, brighter screen, tougher glass. That's it. Thats all they did😂 Every year their Battery prettymuch gives up on you. Atleast Apple has a steady OS. And they do actually upgrade their hardware a lot more every year. Currently using a note 20 ultra Been using Samsung pretty much my entire life, but i think it's time to jump ship to Probably Honor or Xiaomi. Always worked a lot with Apple products, although i didn't like how their ios sofware was so closed up back in the day. And i just don't like how IOS works. But one thing i do always had to admit about Apple, is that it just works. It works and it's durable. And their battery tend to last a lot longer. My Note 20 ultra doesn't even last 4 hours on its original screen resolution and not even half brightness and the battery has been swapped out 1,5 years ago. Yet my girlfriends Iphone 12 Pro max still lasts the entire day without problems

I see ur point. The innovation part, for me is the opposite. I’m a 12 year ios user. Few androids in between. I want quality of life features. iOS refuses to add multitasking, a numbers row, multiple timers, useful navigation, a useful notification system, and most importantly for me; having to pull down from the top corner, on a max phone, to access control center. Samsung, for me is the opposite; every useful software feature imaginable n different n useful hardware choices. But yes, fold 5 could’ve been more of an upgrade. I think if the the 1+ foldable is good, Samsung will act accordingly, at least as far as US market is concerned. I’m envious of the foldables outside US.

Again, each company has its strengths and weaknesses. You don't see Apple roasting Samsung about the Note 7, or Apple roasting Google about its terrible efficiency and raw performance. I know Apple is late to some features like widgets and lock-screen customization, but when Apple does implement them, they do it very well and, to some extent, better than Samsung and Google. iPhones have one of the best mobile chips in the world; the Qualcomm 8 Gen 3 has not surpassed the A15 Bionic - that's something Apple can brag about. Additionally, the iPhone has the best video camera on a smartphone. So, it just depends on the buyer's choice. Sheesh.

Your assumptions are based on what? A phones capabilities are not only linked to the cpu. Besides in an iPhone-nothing is made by Apple basically. Display Samsung, Chip tsmc and So on and on. 😂😂😂
