I just feel like there's a reason 'the boy who cried wolf' is a classic fairy tale - Using overbroad accusations make me less likely to listen to those making said accusations.

OTOH - [Ended up with a more intense & over the show reply than initially intended, haha, sorry bout that] tl;dr. That's good. One of the things we are being forced to realise is that while entropy seems to have struck them and made them alot more slack & slapstick, undisciplined, blatant, W middling intellect at best, extinguished of the creative spark and having only the mouldy mutated remnants of that timeless coupling of the right kind of humility and curiosity/the call to adventure, among many other characterisations, it is not at all a "current year" phenomenon we're experiencing with these types, the "ideals" they champion and their Means. A better calibre of person was their chauffeur in decades past (perhaps due to having not been reared in accord with their "ideals" - or at least not in such a gross, saccharin and widely enabled manner) and so it was all much less obnoxious, but it was there, and not simply in the basements of Soviet-acquainted individuals or that kind of thing, as some want to believe (tough as It is for some to accept, American/Atlanticist "intelligence" and many Interests were *at least* as bad as the Soviets). Disinterest and opposition to their narratives and accusations are excellent qualities, but what becomes inescapably apparent is that it's not simply their overbroadness; it's not an administrative issue of an otherwise Righteous Cause. As far as the allegory/metaphor of the boy who cried wolf, i wonder if it wouldn't speak to the state of things if the Wolf were disguised as the Boy, or something there like.
