Having our first snow in Asheville, NC right now. This show was the night that Hurricane Helene hit here (3 days after my birthday) and just got posted 3 hours ago and I've been waiting for it. Sadly, Goose had to cancel their shows here (soon after this one) but it made sense not to create any extra congestion or stress on emergency crews after the storm. The disaster here was so much worse than what is being reported. Even with our first snow tonight, I feel a bit of ptsd... hoping it won't be too much snow. When the winds kicked up and all of the branches that were barely hanging on since the storm began coming down... I felt that ptsd. This cancelled Goose show would have been my first one and I needed it this year but 2024 has been a trip all of its own. Can't wait to finally experience these guys live and boogie me arse off.
