Would it be okay to put a couple isopods in here? Would be good maintenance crew for cleanup but could bother them when they molt. There is debate about this and I've seen people do it before but then some others advise against it

The only reason they would "run around like crazy" is because they're not set up properly. Once disturbed their instincts are to get out of the light. If they don't have a place to get away from the light completely (like they should) they may "run around like crazy". I swear these new popular YT ppl haven't the faintest clue about tarantula behaviors.
