I've got a stock non-sport liquimatic and it tops at 47kmh. Few mods tho. Direct drive custom made in a lathe. Rebuilt the whole engine and carb and custom built intake with horn design to push in more air.

I just bought a chrome V brake fork from coastped’s website and also a HDA style carburetor conversion billet intake manifold for my 39cc water cooled pocket bike dead end project lol. I should probably get an ADA Goped sport frame and build a decent sport with like a g320 or g340 and port it for a cylinder reed because I have an rc cylinder reed, make like a 6th port. Maybe the V brakes would help stop from over 30-35 mph then
@hondayamahafan2 жыл бұрын
That sounds wild. Yes get the brake setup it stops MUCH better than the stock setup

Do more videos on this thing! Pretty badass! If you didn’t know, there is a center bleed version of the Sikk Torque pipe which is quieter then the end bleed version you have here with the silencer. If you get a center bleed and put the silencer on it, it’ll be much quieter then this setup with an endbleed pipe and silencer. I bought my 2 gopeds 6 and 7 years ago being a Sport and GSR Cruiser. Both are bone stock and I’ve been wanting to do mods on them for atleast 4 years now, but haven’t got around to it until about a month ago with the sport being first of which I put a G290RC on it compared to the stock G23LH it had before, along with a center bleed Sick Torque pipe, and some wider ADA 22.5” riser bars so it’s more controllable. Next I’m doing my GSR cruiser of which it will still have its stock GPL290 engine on it, but with an HP carb, modified Pacsales GSR40 pipe and also wider bars.

I’m think on getting same motor for my goquad. You took the clutch kit off and bolted right up? You have install video?

It does NOT bolt right up. The mounting holes are spaced out wider on these G320 based motors. The largest that will fit with 0 modification is 30.5 I think

Have you heard of a Case reed motor? If you are looking for the ultimate in small motor goodness look into Bartalone racing engines or oneil brothers. The power almost doubles or triples when you add the case reed block. I have one on a bigfoot and the thing is an absolute monster. I am looking into getting a Pro 60 soon but for the mean time I have a sport that my buddy just gave me so ill build that and maybe we can have a big boy little scooter race I myself am also of the husky variety and I think I can give you a run for your money.,
@hondayamahafan Жыл бұрын
I have heard of them! Pretty expensive. More than I'm willing to spend on the ped (other projects are higher priority rn) but they look so sick. 4.5hp from a 29cc engine sounds insane! Lol happy to hear another husky boy is out there terrorizing the streets on a small scooter!😂

Just got a fully modded 7.7hp g320 from OBR. Seems like a monster lol. I’m hoping it doesn’t have any trouble putting the power down with the spindle drive. Do you have any trouble with it slipping/wheel spin? I’m hoping this thing will get to 40mph +
@sebass94sa5 жыл бұрын
It’s for a super Bigfoot with a third bearing and no clutch
@hondayamahafan5 жыл бұрын
That sounds wild! I've never experienced and slippage on dry pavement. I use a beadlock wheel because otherwise the tire warps and stretches but with the beadlock it's fine. I have no experience with bigfoots but if you've got the 3rd bearing and lockdown kit you should be fine!

To fit the motor did you have to drill new holes? Or just enlarge the opening where the crank comes threw? Or both? Pls reply would really appreciate it thank you.
@hondayamahafan5 жыл бұрын
Both. The holes for the motor have to be slotted and the center hole has to be enlarged.
@kevpnt5 жыл бұрын
Ok so correct me if I'm wrong but it sounds like the 36 is just slightly bigger to wear drilling new holes wouldn't be worth it so you just slotted them out? Sounds simple enough, im thinking of the new 45cc rovan which I believe is the same crank case.. should be able to pull a 950 spindle and probably kill me😂 can't wait!!! Thanks just subscribed 🤙
@hondayamahafan5 жыл бұрын
Pretty much yeah! I thought about that engine too but it's over $100 more expensive and I think it's prone to over heating. I read a review on an RC site. The 36cc with a .635 pulls 300lbs up a hill pretty easy do depending on your weight it may be enough! Also keep in mind that if you're using new tires you're going to need frame extensions with the larger spindle.

@@hondayamahafan really it's that simple?
@angelfernandez8664 жыл бұрын
And will a ada goped pipe fit?
@hondayamahafan4 жыл бұрын
Removing the clutch is that simple. To mount it to the frame, you have to slot the mounting holes because the 36cc engine has slightly wider mounting holes. Also the center cutout needs to be enlarged for the engine to fit into it. Also there is a single washer on all of the engine mounting screws to space the engine properly. It's not very difficult just requires a little trial and error.

Yes any pipe that will fit a regular smaller sport engine will also fit this without modification. Exhaust port is the same size
