Beautiful, love recording these with my s10 on the joby, its all about stability on the summits. I missed what speed your doing here I'm running 32x and a bit higher if its a slow day
@TheTimelapseGuy5 жыл бұрын
There is no such option for a running speed. The Gopro Setting are shown in the Video and The motion Controller turns 360° in one hour.
@MountainLust5 жыл бұрын
@@TheTimelapseGuy Yes I'm aware there isn't an option for it. I didn't ask you what the options were I asked what the speed is; it's either 32× 60x or 120x but if you dont know the recording speed thats ok I'll ask someone else. Thanks

Won't this ad motion blur to all of the captured images? I prefer a shoot move shoot scenario...
@TheTimelapseGuy6 жыл бұрын
It would, but only for long exposures. During nighttime this turning movement could blur your image. The motion blur in this video was made in post production.

Hi Alex, how did you make the intro (which program did you use)?
@TheTimelapseGuy6 жыл бұрын
Hey 👋 I am using Final Cut Pro X for Mac. To create the intro I was using a premade Plugin by Pixelfilmstudio called „titles“.

Nice result but other than the interval (5s) you mention nothing else to help us - camera mode, panning device settings (angle etc), any tips on calculating intervals etc - as good as the result is, the explanation is well below what one would expect from someone who calls himself "The TIMELAPSE guy"!
@TheTimelapseGuy6 жыл бұрын
If you want to criticise someone you should be sure about your point. If you check the video at 1:34 you can see all of the settings I used to create this Timelapse. And the angle totally depends on your individual landscape. As you can see in the video I was turning the device by 90°. You can’t set anything else with this pan head.

If you bother reading all the comments (instead of being so defensive to a comment from one of your subscribers) you will see that this was not your finest video and that it was shallow on detail (like camera mode for example). For me to subscribe means that your content was good when I came across your KZbin channel - all I (and others) are asking (and expecting) is a consistency in your (good) content. If you cannot take criticism then I would happily withdraw and unsubscribe....
@TheTimelapseGuy6 жыл бұрын
I think I can take criticism but only on real critic points. Please go to 1:34. I tell you the interval. I tell you, that i am using the Timelapse photo mode. I even show you the settings-screen of the GoPro. I tell you that I am using RAW. There is just simply no more settings you could set on the GoPro. That is all I can tell you. The other comment asking for the settings took his question back, when I told him to check the video from 1:34. Sometimes I feel like people only skipping to the resulting video and then asking in the comments for settings...
