@@bb69bb I think to the very much at heart isolationist US an ally is more a convenience of the moment, rather than any long term commitment. Look at the much trumpeted special relationship between the UK and US where we jump to their every wish and command. We immerse ourselves in their culture. You go in to a UK quiz not knowing about their own rather eccentric local sports, states or politics at your peril. The BBC will be working up the excitement for their traditional all expenses paid jolly to the States, covering their Presidential election more than our own equivalent, who is not publicly elected so that follows. The Americans themselves haven't even the remotest clue where England is and who rules it bar his Royal Kingship and are perpetually mystified as to why we speak English just like them.

1. Millions didn’t didn’t die and I am pretty sure you just seen this number on internet and now like a parrot repeating it. 2. Sadam Hussein was a dictator and as an Iraqi I am forever grateful to George Bush and Tony Blair for getting rid of him. In fact millions died when Sadam was alive. 1980s war with Iran million Iraqis died including my own grandfather. Genocide of Kurds not even in that number.

Yes, this is all bullshit, "the Americans knew he didn't have them, but they never told us." this is just shifting the goalposts because he supported the 2003 invasion and the aftermath of this exercise in hubris has been an absolute tragedy for the region.

Sadam Hussain used biological and chemical weapons on his own people, those are weapons of mass destruction. As far as nuclear weapons are concerned Sadam was trying to develop nuclear weapons as I had that from a good friend a weapons designer that Sadam was developing means of attacking Israel and Europe. At your peril do not listen to the lies of this man. Parts of a large rocket assisted cannon barrel which was destined for Iraq, now sits in a British museum which would have fired nuclear weapons at Israel. Wake up people every one forgets the facts.
