Kosher salt. The granules are about 3 times larger and much less dense than table salt because table salt is more refined. And you can make an "authentic" English breakfast? This man is an absolute BEAST in the kitchen and is brave and bold and talented enough to step out of his traditional comfort zone and make his version of "traditional" foods. Let's see you try to imitate an Indian style breakfast. I'll wait. Your abueltia made huevos rancheros the way she knew and probably with a different presentation because of lack of resources or talent or because she was just making her nietos and nietas breakfast on the go. Welcome to culinary talent. Elegant presentation. The 20th century. There are now modern kitchens and not just leña and a macho abusive husband demanding desayuno to cure the cruda with. If our ancestors never died, we'd still be living in pyramids or Mayan temples. Chef Ramsey just created a beautiful dish and was generous enough to share it with you. You're welcome, India. Go give your abuelita her chancla back and tell her she is on her way out of this world and her views and ideas are no longer relevant, as new minds are coming. Make way!!

@@rme1383 I don't think there was anything wrong because huevos rancheros are really just eggs over a tortilla accompanied by a sauce. On the other hand, as a Mexican myself, I also felt this cringe feeling over me throughout the entire video. We Mexicans have a sense of pride over what we let others call "authentic Mexican" and if it doesn't suit what we were raised with growing up, then we bash on it. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not.
