@@mrxtful depending on what you wanna experience. late summer is always brilliant, and being from Bergen i will always promote Bergen and its medival history, the fjords close by and the mountains. but the north is also amazing with its sun that never goes down in the summer and nice fjords and areas. if you want snow and cold the middle of norway is good ( but will advice for Voss that is just 1 hour away from Bergen)

During post production they could of cut that out but i like the fact they kept it in. all they would need to do is give it a quick wash and good to go. looks like it dropped on grass anyway. He probs drops crap in his kitchens all the time but his time inst worth the effort to pick it up. unless he did soon after and they just cut it.

I would guess he is either really hungover or easing off the uppers with some downers. You can tell that the content grind is really getting to him, and he is turning to illicit substances to either cope or just keep up. The sharp decline of quality videos like the delusional grilled cheese or bizzare frito pie ones really reveal some kind of problems off camera. Then there is constant reuploading of old videos and even in this video the crew couldn't be bothered with basic audio production so we just hear obnoxious clanging while Gordon speaks like he is personally mic'd up.

I thought you were gonna make like a crab salad, like chop it all up and mix it with the beurre blanc. When i saw how you constructed it though, it took my breath away. The way the shallots lay on top of the crab, with the sauce!!! Looks good enough to eat!!😍😍😍

WOW! YOU NAIL IT!! A great balance of ingredients, I must say I will try to recreate this. I live in in Seattle so the great Dungeness crab from Pike Place Market will come in handy.

The king crab is so fresh in Norway. We caught it and cooked. There was so much we couldn’t finish it .... that’s a first! Nice recipe Gordon.
