Believe it or not, a lot of Scottish men, especially men that work manually like building sites ect. Do have something not dissimilar to this for breakfast at 10 o'clock. Not as fancy but its very common to have a bread roll with square sausage, haggis, potatoe scone, egg, bacon, black pudding all in the one roll or a variation of such. Ive seen them at it. All washed down with a morning IRN BRU

Stop ladling that stuff into every dish! Everything else from then on is amazing. The whiskey bit setting fire etc it's just great to see. The eggs look done to perfection. The Irish have been eating similar food on baguettes for years. 4 (normal) Irish pork sausages, 4 bacon, 2 white pudding, 2 black pudding, 2 fried eggs (soft yolk). Add onions or mushrooms if you like. I prefer crispy onions but they didn’t exist in Ireland until about 10 years ago 😂😂 Breakfast Rolls are just absolute filth.

I've never tasted that brown sauce -- somehow it didn't appear when I've been in the UK (unless it showed up when I was a child). Didn't need that much whisky or Worcestershire sauce. But I'd try this sandwich... Half of it!
