I have a white hydrangea that I bought at Christmas time at Lowe's a couple years ago. Since then it has been nothing but a stubble about three to four inches high and will not grow even in full sun. I'm currently using a fish fertilizer and the soil tends to dry out a lot since I have gas heat. Any ideas for what I can do to get it to grow? It definitely is healthy. I love the Perfecto Mundo double pink petite Azalea! I've been looking for a white short one to put in a pot but this pink one is gorgeous!

Are the PW Barberries non-invasive or sterile? My yard borders a state park and I would feel horrible if I planted something that could harm, or choke out, the native vegetation. Thanks!
