I visited for the first time on Saturday. Everything was beautiful! I will be back. I wanted to speak to you guys but I knew I would get emotional and make a spectacle of myself, I cried just coming down the driveway 🤷♀️. I want yall to know how much you helped me through a hard time in my life by giving me knowledge of something I love (flowers/plants) and giving me an escape. I love y’all and I’m very thankful that you share your gift with us. See you soon…maybe I can speak next time. 💚

From a person who was in your same position, I can tell you Jenny and Jerry are the most down to earth people there are! I, too, have been watching for years and finally made the trip last spring. I live about an hour away and will go to Creekside first! Good luck with your journey next time!

Came back to say I surprisingly didn’t cry until my almost 4 year old who is so shy wanted to talk to Jenny when she recognized her. I started to tear up when she lit up and talked all about her dog and my daughter couldn’t get enough. It was so precious.

Speaking of hostas… I had three hostas in front of my home (planted by formers owners), that grew five feet tall. One was by my front stairs, and I hardly had room to walk. I ended up taking them out, and now I diligently stick to smaller hostas. The larger ones are magnificent, if planted in the right spot.

Hi Jenny, I’ve been enjoying your videos for several years, and I finally found a subject I’d like to hear from you about. There are a lot of perennials and annuals that have a tall flower spike. I’m familiar with many of them, like Veronica, salvia, liatris, nepeta, and lavender, but I don’t really know if there is a plant that is better for a particular situation in my garden than another. I think there are a lot of us that would like to see you compare and contrast some of the more common plants that we’ll find in our garden centers. Barb Zone 6 In NE Indiana

Not only heat and humidity, but most soil in the south is acidic whereas lilacs prefer alkaline soil. The PW one has done well in my acidic clay soil. It was about to bloom last I looked. Definitely recommended. It even took a pretty bad drought last year like a champ. Gold medal worth imo. :)

Hi Jenny, everything looks soooo pretty. I’ve got to share my story with you. This past Saturday I went to my local nursery where I normally buy my PW’s and they had no superbenas this year so I asked the owner and she told me that she didn’t carry them anymore because she thought some off brand she’s carrying does better 😮😮😮😮 that was the look on my face! I said, I beg to differ with you 😂. I purchased my jazz berry and away I went. I will be ordering them for sure! My opinion they are THE BEST! Thanks for so many things you’ve taught me 😊😊😊.

Jenny?? What’s the difference between the hostas “Time in a Bottle” and “Wiggles and Squiggles”…. They look very similar to me.

A few things - Wiggles is much shorter, more narrow leaves, & lavender flowers. Time is larger overall, bigger leaves, and the dark purple flowers do not open but stay on the stem longer.
