@@mohamedtalha9790 right 2D 1/2 analysis from ODB++ format, that allow S parameters , TDR , coupling , eye diagram and all necessary tests prelayout and after layout.

Have you ever actually costed out a board on 2 layers versus 4 layers? They are both cheap, and the difference is negligible especially in volume production.

How to simulate reflection in altium? And S parametr?

You can simulate reflections using the Signal Integrity option in the PCB Editor. Make sure your routing is completed, and you will have to assign a buffer model for the pin/trace you want to simulate. This will give you the time domain waveform to check reflection, but it will not give you S-parameters.

Sure, that's just not something I do.
