they might be acting as if they had not been separated for three years, but three years is three years and the zoo had NO right to split them up in the first place. These animals can't be used for your children's entertainment. They are abusing the animals in their care. This is a prime example of the type of abuse often employed. Three years is a long time to be apart and a lifetime in prison is unbearable to think about.

and ppl still doubt the theory evolution
@flagkdsa1809 жыл бұрын
elk832 not quite, a hypothesis is something to "doubt" as it has yet to be passed through scientific rigor, and upon passing said rigor, it becomes a theory. a theory is synonymous with "law." for example, the "theory" of gravity is the same as the "law" of gravity
@flagkdsa1809 жыл бұрын
***** it means that doubting a theory isnt a great idea unless youre accomplished in that area your doubting. for example, im no physicist and thus i am in no place to doubt physics theories
@Lemurness9 жыл бұрын
"Theory" and "law" are not synonymous. They are independent terms for a reason. There is no "theory" of gravity-- gravity is a law. We can observe and test the theory of gravity, "proving" it's existence and validity. We cannot prove evolution. We cannot test it. Now, we can observe microevolution, which is certainly closer to being a law than anything else, but origin-of-life aspects of evolution are not provable. Even so, many of us still accept the theory of evolution as truth, because it's the most likely explanation we have. To be dishonest and pretend as though it is undeniable fact, however, is not only grossly incorrect, but also shines a poor light on the integrity of scientific study, as a whole. The entire purpose of science is to question things until we find "truth" (or the closest thing to it). If we didn't, we'd still believe our planet was flat, among other disproven beliefs. You don't have to be an expert in the field -- you just have to be willing to learn. In fact, many of humanity's most important discoveries were made by people studying something that wasn't within their area of expertise. That all being said, this entire thing is nullified by the fact you brought up evolution in relation to gorillas as compared to humans. We did not evolve from gorillas, so why draw the comparison? Other animals are capable of these same types of behavior, including creatures much less intelligent than primates.
@byrysh9 жыл бұрын
+Lemurness Evolution is a fact that is explained by theory. The genetics we use are shared by all living organisms on this planet. We have mass amounts of genetic, DNA, fossil and embryological evidence to support it. In science it doesnt get any better then a theory.
@byrysh8 жыл бұрын

I noticed this with dogs as well, I had bred my 2 shin tzu for the last time , 2 years ago, and my cousins had bought one male pup, every year now, when they go away on vacation we take him to stay with us, and his mom and dad, They both recognize him up till last year, the mom would snap at him, when he tried to get close to her, because she remembered him nursing off her he would head straight for herF stomach when he approached her , that was the only interactions had ever had with his mom, and his dad would role him around all over the house he was delighted to see him when ever he came he never behaves like that with other dogs but he goes nuts when he sees his son. Now, this year he turned 2 he is different and didn't allow his dad to dominate him, they had a couple of noisy s scraps and then settled down with each other, and he is now different with his mom, she is relaxed with him, and his dad even allowed him to be the dominant one They all go crazy with happiness when they see each other my male knows it's his son. He is completely different with him, and when he goes home with his family my Little guy seems to be depressed for a few days afterwards, so dogs also know their own family aside from other dogs.
