Sounds like technology is taking over a ancient field craft once again. Been a falconer for 38 years never used telemetry sometimes not even bell's and call it what you like but I've always come home with my bird's.

Very nice and beautiful birds. Nice adult female and I can tell you take very good care of her, like protecting the tail. That's a good thing and keeps them in healthy and pristine condition. Goshawks are magnificent raptors and their slate-blue/grey and fierce black eyebrow with those deep, menacing, red eyes make for a magnificent bird. Continued success.

Hey this northern crowtrap at 05:52 is illigal isn't it. Trapping by using living bait is a cruel and ignorand method to catch game. Also hawks, especially Goshawks will be attraked by it.
