Update… I just realised how much I suck as a drummer because I couldn’t even get the first exercise down pat. I struggled with your slowest speed (100bpm), so I had to drop it down to 80bpm… I could only last about 15 seconds before limbs were unco and hitting at the same time 🤦‍♂️ I tried 90bpm but that just made it worse. I guess I’ll stick to 80bpm for a while until I can really nail it … for at least a minute before increasing tempo again. Thank you for the lesson. Cheers From Australia

If you can read music than you can transcribe what he’s doing, also a great skill to work up off the kit. Just watch and listen carefully and write it out. Cheers!
