Not if you’re looking for more of an athlete build vs body builder. I play basketball and front raise is a movement you do all the time when holding the ball and making quick movements.

Or just stick to your heavy compound movements which is definitely more effective than doing this.

@@coach_westfit after your muscles are fully fatigued after training them to failure, can I ask why you think it’s wise to do a shoulder exercise at the end of the workout with 10kg dumbbells?

@@ladies_man217. those are 10lb dumbbells not 10kg dumbbells and are you saying you only do compound movements no isolation exercises?You don’t do lateral raises, rear delt flys etc? Do you also not do bicep curls and tricep extensions either because those aren’t compound exercises? You should always start with your heavy compound movements first and then do your isolation exercises last.

@@ladies_man217.isolation exercises target specific muscle groups, increases your pump, improves muscle stability, more variety to your workouts, enhances recovery, also improves your strength in your compound movements, improves muscle endurance etc
