I manage an Amazon DSP and we have the same camera system in all of our branded vans. We cannot peep in and see a live view of any of our vans' cameras. They only send 30 second videos whenever an infraction is recognized. For example, if you're driving distracted (Phone in hand, looking away from the road for too long, adjusting GPS, etc) we'll get a video sent to us so that we can coach and correct any unsafe driving behavior. If it detects you running a red light or stop sign it only shows the exterior camera view and not the interior view. All of that being said, if an infraction happens it opens the ability for us to request hours of your driving footage. All in all, be a safe driver and this will not effect anyone in a negative way.
