Yeah sure He can train but Goten is a half-saiyan. He has just so much potential. Meaning Goten will eventually totally outpower Krillin. It is sad for me to say this, but Krillin just doesn't have the thing to be the Main Character and stay as it. He is one of them but not THE Main Character. At least he has a nice role and get's a new Power Up. (Hey, maybe we will see some Ultra Instinct Krillin soon XD)

If he had this kind of power, Frost’s kick would of broke his fucking leg XD, then HE’D be the one who got sabotaged and end up erased for trying to kill Krillin instead of trying to kill Frieza. On the other hand, they really made Frost a useless DBZ Frieza clone for the sake of having an Arcosian in Frieza’s original place, in the worst possible time period to do so, not smart or interesting on their behalf, especially if Frost actually did like minor training from them “fights to save planets” scheme and was more physically active than Frieza ever was in his entire lifetime, maybe he would still be below SSJ2, but all that shit should of at least allowed him to achieve the Arcosian’s fifth form (aka Cooler’s Final Form) and at least half-master it on top of that.
