In terms of effort put into chess, sure but ratingwise Hans is closer to Magnus. It's just each rating point after 2700 is extremely difficult. Like Magnus is 1 of 1, Hans is 1 of 500, Levy is 1 of 10,000 or something, so you can say Magnus is 500x more special than Hans, but Hans is only around 20x more special than Levy
