I bought a red GPR V5S for my 2020 R6. Can't wait to install it. You're the only one I know with a video on the newer R6's with this stabilizer for KZbin. I appreciate you uploading it for all of us to see.

Where do you have a phone mount once you install the GPR

Can you explain more on the stabilizer? What does it actually do? What the numbers mean?
@SuperPukingRainbows Жыл бұрын
you think its possible to put a ram ball mount through one of the gpr's plate? this way you can attach a phone mount while keeping the stabilizer on as well?

I purchased the new GPR V5-S stabilizer for my 2013 ZX6R Ninja 636. I was so excited to install it and start using it. To my surprise it partially blocks access to the key hole, so If you install the stabilizer you can't turn on the motorcycle! I thought maybe GPR send the wrong kit or I did something wrong? I called them and they said that many guys have the issues and the only solution is to buy a new triple clamp for $160!! I'm disappointed. They shouldn't be selling this stabilizer for 636 if it doesn't fit! They wouldn't help me and I was on my own. I'm returning the stabilizer ASAP and getting a OHLINGS stabilizer instead. Their customer support and company as a whole sucks!

Mine happens to have a small amount of leak, is it normal or should it send it back to gpr?
@gloomyr6Ай бұрын
@@dieguns1735 that happened to me as well, it’s a hydraulic component. I never got mine serviced and it was fine but it’s probably good to get it serviced if you ever feel like it’s too dry to move

Have you had any handlebars vibration issues after installing this? I’m not sure if that’s my problem, but I’m just trying to figure out the awful vibration I’m having
@gloomyr62 жыл бұрын
No I haven’t bro. It could be your front tire weights fell off
@twowheelsr62 жыл бұрын
@@gloomyr6 could be. Cuz see in one side it has more weight then the other side. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it

I just can’t see spending $500 on a block of aluminum for a bike that doesn’t even really need a damper I have a 2020 r6 and I’ve only had 2 speed wobble and both were from exiting sharp turns
@gloomyr6 Жыл бұрын
Just the fact that you’ve had 2 and don’t see the need for it is crazy. If you would of had it, you wouldn’t of had speed wobbles whatsoever. I had a few crazy scares of speed wobbles when doing pulls on the freeway & that was enough for me to get one. Once I got it I’ve literally never had speed wobbles again. Not to mention I feel much more confident in hitting corners, much more stables, as well as feel more comfortable carrying speed in a bumpy section of a canyon. I would say try it out before you say you don’t see the need for one. Cheers
