For better accuracy, uses the RTK detection method for gps. But you still need to make some improvements to the device, such as a RF communication module in the UHF band.

Can the SD card be used to LOG the data. Like set a start point when let go of my cars line lock button... stop recording when I reach 660 feet and store the time to that time. (And to 60mph and 1320 etc)... or would that need a serial type SD module and swserial library? Thanks.

It looks like you are working under the min tension of the Nextion screen...on the specifications we can read: min voltage 4.75V, 5V typical...(you have 4.2V to 3.5V with the LiPo 1S)...

Its a pity, there is no HMI file for nextion (would be interesting to explore it and understand how it works). Also would be interesting to set up "target" coordinates (for example, up to the next person, who sent you his position). Theoretically nextion allows to print target coordinates.

Can you help using similar code for Odometer, miles added to the last trip, like a car Odometer to a display using a GPS module. like reading a last accumulated miles from memory of a card . Then adding to it.. and then showing this every minute adding.. like a none volatile memory store please TF card . it will be a big boost for you and i am sure a lot of people want to be able to do this. I program but this is new to me and need help?

Having problems with this one - my display does not read data from the arduino. GPS is blinking so it got fix - i tested it separately so it is ok but the display shows 0 satellites and has no data to calculate. I switched tx and rx cables on the display back and forth but no luck. Care to help ?

cool. I have a GPS board that I picked up a few years back and never got around to building the project, perhaps this one will do. I supply a ghost buster outfit with electronic builds for their hobby so this might fit in with locating positions of ghosts in the open, indeed there are, or so they tell me. (OK I did see one years ago when patrolling near a grave yard, a murder had taken place recently nearby and well.... different story for another time perhaps.
