Thank you so much for this G, what a topic. I love your way of tapping & how it invites the nervous system to just take a look & consider adjusting it's position if appropriate. It is very unique & feels like a space of deep acknowledgment & discourse is achieved. Much needed & appreciated, thank you ❤

Thank you Tania. Yes it is different. Probably because I came to tapping via spirituality where cultivating loving compassion is the emphasis. It only made sense to extend it further in and utilize techniques, such as tapping, that convey the sense of safety and acceptance to the nervous system.

You are very welcome Rujuta. It is gentleness that is what does the healing. When there is an atmosphere of safety and acceptance, healing naturally occurs.

"Yeah I was a creative born into a house of dullards. They had no idea. If the next Mozart is born in a coal mining family nobody's gonna know it..." Priceless! Thank you GP. I let toxic shame and regret for that creative genius lost, pile up so much in my life that I am doing tapping much of the day in combination with my forgiveness work. I wish I never let it get so bad before I had no choice but to make it a 24 hr job.

Just make sure to keep focused in the body. Let the tapping give the body permission to release the stuck traumas. It knows how to do that. We don't. We just give it a safe space and it will do the rest. You don't even need to regret it building up. Traumas naturally protect themselves until the coast is clear. You are clearing the coast. And, it may help you to know I too have done these marathon tapping and releasing sessions. It is part of the path.

@@GPWalsh Thank you GP. I deeply appreciate you for the amount of time you take to answer me and other people who are not even necessarily paying you. You are very affordable in the lessons you do charge for. Your big heart and how much you care really shines through.

It happens sometimes but it isn't important. Only the things that lead to deep healing and transformation are the things that matter. The energy system doesn't waste energy. It only brings up what it needs to release.
