When I used to live in Sri Lanka, I had the best cake in my life at the Royal Bakery. But when I came to Canada I never had a cake good as that one cake but I remembered that the cake had a coffee flavour, so instead i researched for a coffee cake recipe. This is the only recipe that has come close to that taste, I've made it about 6 times and it's become a favourite in my house. However i personally didn't like the cream cheese frosting version and instead used salted butter. Thank you so much for sharing these recipes 💓🙏🏽

You can use the same temperature and duration as mentioned. Almost towards the end of the baking time, check the cake with a stick or skewer. When the skewer comes out clean, the cake is cooked
