After watching this video a couple of weeks ago, I decided to have a look for myself, they do all different plans but they do a low card slim and trim plan which I decide to try being both overweight and diabetic and I am really impressed, the food is really tasty, there are more options for breakfast other than the oats or the yoghurt which is lovely, there are cooked options such as the chicken and mozarella sausages or the egg muffins. The brownie snacks are lush as were the granola bites but didn't like the protein balls. It is quite expensive, however as these replace all your meals for 5 days and you only have to get food for the weekend (when the shelves aren't empty from panic buyers), it means that my usual weekly shop was much cheaper. I am on day 9 now and have lost 7lbs weight and my blood sugars have reduced so much that I have had to completely reduce my insulin doses. This plan just makes it easy!

I used to take my health and gym training very seriously from 2016-2019 (meal prepped myself, strict calories and routine etc.) but I absolutely didn't see the value in paying £100 per week for food at the time. However now because I absolutely love my career I work 24/7 and willingly stopped my training last year to work harder, it's a huge pain to shop, cook, eat etc. so I default to eating pizza or anything I can throw in the oven and leave to cook, or hardly eat anything at all not because my work has me forced to do that but because I literally just don't want to spend the time doing it when I can be doing something more worthwhile (more worthwhile than food?? I know). Strangely I really REALLY see the value in paying for healthy meal preps to be delivered now, even with the expensive cost and me no longer training, I think meal preps definitely cater towards people who have the money to spend or people who need time efficiency and it's worth it to them for the sake of time. I can eat pizza forever but sooner or later I'll die from it haha so think I'll try a meal prepping service. Thank you for a great video and your perspective!
