Jesus, why does it have to be sooo difficult? ! This product is a joke. I've been given one, and I have to pick up a newborn today. How are we supposed to correctly adjust the straps without trying them with the newborn, and then retrying them (takes five mins to adjust)? The poor kid will need to go back to hospital with all the messing about.
