He talks with the same cadence and tone of voice as Crosby here. Guess they hung out together quite a bit, huh?

Graham is from Blackpool, England, Great Britain. His accent is a mixture, of Lancashire and that irritating transatlantic thing. Moving to 🇺🇸 in 1969. If you'd listened more intently... he talks about the differences in mentality et al. He also seems to have taken something. Regards 🇬🇧 🤝 🇺🇸

@@steffanhoffmann Sounds like he was on naivete pills if he truly believed Young was going to make a commitment to this group that would be measured in months! Nobody ever got a bigger career boost in combination with a very mediocre musical contribution to a supergroup than Neil. Apologies for letting my mind wander away from the original subject of this discussion.

They were best friends for around 50 years..They both loved each other as brothers no matter.. Crosby said NO one could sing Guinevere with him like Graham.. Willy

Did they share a joint before the cameras started rolling? The grin on Graham's face at the beginning indicates something of the sort.

Your comment - "....suggests Nash was perhaps unrealistic in his expectations of success as a solo artist" Graham has had yet another surge of success in recent years, touring and playing big cities - NYC included (where I am). He will always be an iconic singer/songwriter and his association with CSNY will be part of it. But he is loved. Your comment at the top of this channel is crap.

He is one of the most highly overrated singer/ songwriters of that long ago bygone era AND even worse in the CSNY context, he singlehandedly nullified the vocals of the greatest high harmony singer in rock history, David Crosby, with that tin whistle thin HIGHER voice so, all in all, YOUR comment is crap. PS. The line" American ladies five foot tall in blue" still causes me the onset of a pinched nerve to this day!

Agree totally, Nash's solo music is on par with, but different from, that of Young.

For some reason he reminds me of George Harrison here.
