Quorn & Woodhouse Station Bus & Train Spectacular 21st April 2018

Vintage buses and trains in action feature in this film of the 5th Leicester Heritage Transport Trusts running day held in association with The Great Central Railway.
The film begins with many of the buses arriving at Quorn along Woodhouse Road in glorious sunshine which lasted most of the day. Look out for the idiot trying to overtake at 3.30.The action moves to Loughborough where some buses can be seen at Loughborough Midland and Loughborough Central Railway Stations. It is then back to Quorn Station where buses departed frequently on tours of the local area with a chance to also take a ride on The Great Central Railway. It did get rather dusty as we see some of the vehicles on display and then depart in the late afternoon. Look out for a green goddess fire engine and steam roller.

The bus At 10:57 my grandad used to own that bus, BJF 999K it was the Brian Powles race transporter for f1 stockcars 👍🏻👍🏻

Graham Sleath my dad was telling me that was how it looked originally , he nearly had a different bus because when he was going to pick up a bus it was a completely different bus the only reason he got bjf 999k was because the other one broke down outside the entrance of the depot so they gave him bjf 999k instead of the other bus and then once he got it home he converted it 👍🏻👍🏻
