Good size home with plenty of light in the living room. The master bath is the star of this home, big and beautiful shower and putting a spot for a television on the wall by the tub means supper will be late for a lot of guys. Just kidding ladies, don’t get upset. Great job Nate.

Great home Nate!!! I would square all of the bathroom sinks though…. I would add a fireplace, change stove to gas, remove carpet, relocate microwave and change outside color of the house. It’s a winner for me. Did I miss you waving?? Bblessed Nate!!! Miss Teena

Hey Nate! I like that there is some separation between living room and kitchen area! I would put a butane fireplace in the living room somewhere and put the TV over it. I actually love the kitchen and pantry area! The island isn't too big, just needs wheels on it. I would put shelves all the way to the top in the pantry though. I love the lazy susan. Wonder if I could get one in the top corner cabinet? Also we don't need a dishwasher so remove it and put another cabinet there. The utility room I would change some. Where the sink and counter space is I would put in a pet shower. And if room left over, I'd put in an upright freezer (if no room, the freezer would go in the garage we would put there at the back door). I would turn one of those guest bedrooms into my Library Music Studio Office Room. In the Master Bathroom, I would put pocket doors going in as we do not like a bathroom with no door! But I love this bathroom otherwise! Now I would have to change the tub for a handicapped tub and probably move it as close to the shower as possible. That way I have a little more room for the commode area. I don't really need the commode area to be enclosed, that actually takes up some of the room you could be using for someone like me who needs extra room around the commode area. But I love the rest of that bathroom! I also like the closet Not being in the bathroom! We'd put porches all the way around the house, except where the garage is, of course. Some portion of the porch would be enclosed, but all would be covered. Good video Nate. I could see every room except that guest bathroom, and the back part of the Master closet. Awesome!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE the master bath…. Kind of prefer the more open concepts though for a kitchen/dining/living area… I feel they lend themselves to entertaining guests far more efficiently… That master bath is to die for though…

I ❤️ thunderstorms so that was an enhancement! Really liked this home, right size, good layout, lots of thoughtful touches especially the kitchen. Don’t mind the big windows, I’m a plant freak and they would all be privatized by greenery, lol. I also use cling-on window decals a lot to control glare, inexpensive and I can change up decor easily. Just out of my home shopping area, I think, but I’ll be following up on this....

I agree. But a a fellow Montana guy that lives in the same town as Nate, I've seen this place. They have nice homes but don't keep up on lot/yard maintenance.

love the kichen sink windows. Dislike whatever that side, faux leg trim was on the island--yuck. Master bath is OK, don't need a tub. And for me, when I see a vanity counter for make-up, I think what a great place to put a litter pan lol. Way out of my price range
