Grand Seiko vs Omega - Round 5 of 5 (SBGH295 or Aqua Terra?)

The 62 GS case is special. Curves, thing of beauty. Dressier. The omega.......a slab with a pretty dial, great movement. Better sport watch?

As an owner of both I will say the omega is a very nice slab. The GS has more souls though I agree

This one's easy for me-the Grand Seiko dial carries the day. In my experience, those brightly polished, faceted hands do reflect any light there there might be, so the GS dial is easily readable in very very low light (but not, of course, in no light). You should absolutely do a round 6 with divers at some point-Omega has so many, and GS's are so distinctive!

Very similar watch indeed,both are good watch,in normal circumctenses i alway said between rolex and omega rolex is mercedes y omega opel,but between seiko and omega we have lexus versus opel...so depends of what your like....i prefere a little omega even if this model is a little boring...but tbey have an historial more important...and nice box in wood

Grand seiko for sure. I have an AT now but the grand seiko high beat is awesome, plus GS just sparkles in a way that omega doesn’t.

In this case, GS's dial obliterates Omega's dial. And when you consider the high beat movement therein the case of the GS, GS wins.
