Then u have zoro and luffy who bothuse their strongest attacks where zoro is already in asura mode unlocking kibgs haki. Then luffy in gear 4 in kibgs haki both charge uptheir energy and attack kaido qhere he dies. Also i believe zoro will kill king and kaido. However the government will thibk zoro wadnt involved in the kaido fight so hus bounty isnt insane high. Also about ur king argument. Zoro will kill king and get credit for it. I also thibk people near the end of the series that zoro helped kill kaido after the world government is defeated.

In my opinion, Luffy has to beat Kaido one on one, he has to be able to defeat an emperor if he's going to become the pirate king. Yeah I'll admit I have no idea how this would happen, but I feel like it would be pretty lame for Luffy to become an emperor by default after Kaido dies from alcohol poisoning or something.

The missing members of the Worst Generation are : - Bonney : I don't really see how she could escape Marie-Joie and come to Wano in such a short amount of time, to be honest, plus she doesn't seem like she would get involved in such an event (I have my own theory in which she is in fact a member of the Revolutionary Army, which would explain why she infiltrated Marie Joie, or why she liked Kuma, but that's not relevant here) - Bege : He is currently in a cover story, and is located in Dressrosa. Except for Enel (for now), every character who has ever been the main protagonist of a cover story proceeded to show up sooner or later in the story for a main event. Knowing that, and the fact that he is in good terms with luffy, he could potentially come back during the Onigashima Battle, who knows - Urouge : Last time we heard of him, he was healing on a Sky Island after his fight with Cracker, so we can't really say anything about him, except that he hasn't been seen in any main event lately, which could mean he is available for the Onigashima battle, and that he seems to be willing to take down emperors, since he tried fighting Big Mom. We can't really be sure about anything, since we don't really know the guy (but I can see how he could come in handy in Onigashima, his devil fruit could be very effective against Kaido - Blackbeard : according to the break between the wano acts, he seems to be caught up in an event having to do with the Marines, and since Sakazuki doesn't want to intervene in Onigashima, I don't really see Blackbeard coming. But since he probably knows about Kaido's road poneglyph, since he sailed with Whitebeard for quite some time, he could potentially make use of the chaos in Onigashima to come and steal it, we really can't be sure. I've read it all and all that you stated about each character made perfect sense to me .. Bonney: Not coming at all. Bege: I personally don't want Bege to come, I like him as a character, I like the mafia thing, but he was already used in Whole Cake and if he comes to Wano it will sound repetitive, ya know ? We had him helping the straw hats randomly just recently and now we will have him again in the next arc? In my opinion he had enough troubles with one Yonkou just for now, doesn't fit him taking those risks after he almost died with his crew, it wouldn't be a smart move from the Mafia .. As you stated, I can see him coming but I don't want to, it would sound repetitive to me xD Blackbeard: Same situation, it would be repetitive, I know that Marine Ford War happened one decade ago but if Blackbeard just show up taking advantage on other people's fight it would be exactly what he did in Marine Ford arc .. People say that he could even steal Kaidou's or Big Mom's devil fruit .. I mean, ok, he did it once, it fits him taking advantage on things, thats exactly what he is, but ..... Repetitive, the same thing would be happing on a different scenario all again, he would show up from no where and steal the power / status from a Yonkou again .. to the fanbase it would ruin completely the reputation of the Yonkous, I mean, the newest Yonkou just magically shows up, take advantage on some random acts and steals THEIR POWER / STATUS lol! Big Mom is already with no respect because Roger stole her, Brook took information on the Poneglyph, Luffy "stole" Sanji from her, Jimbei managed to escape alive, Germa 66 manage to escape alive, I mean, she could not be more useless to me right now, for real (this doesnt mean she aint strong ). I can see Blackbeard coming either but it would sound terribly repetitive to me and totally unnecessary to the serie. xD Urouge: I can see him coming exactly by the reasons you've mentioned. Other options: The Straw Hat Fleet, ya know, that giant dude and the dude with the funny hair who has Barrier ability, I've read on the internet that they could possibly show up if they took a look on Luffy's Vivre Card changing(SPOILER>) after Luffy got knocked down by Kaidou or after Luffy was sick in the prison of Udon, that would mean their Captain it's in danger and some of them could show up.

I don't want to see this on this arc, honestly. Kaido is physically overpowered but he was also beatable. He was beaten a lot of times so if everyone is going to fight him, I doubt he can stand much longer since there are also a lot literally A LOT of strong people out there and when their powers are combined might be able to defeat although not kill. I WANT TO SEE THIS type of fight where everyone will fight one antagonist is no other than Blackbeard which is growing overpowered with 2 Devil Fruits and the strongest of each type. Plus after 2 years of obtaining the DFs I don't know what he is capable of doing.

Kaidou's skin is impenetrable like Big Mom. So when his concentration is off, he makes himself a lot vulnerable like Big Mom suffering a bleeding scratch due to Mother Carmel's broken picture. There's also a lot of sea prism stone in Wano, and both Big Mom and Kaidou are devil fruit eaters. If Luffy's Alliance can take advantage of that, they can turn the odds on their favor if properly planned.

I don't see Luffy or anyone in Wano country winning against Kaido 1 on 1 I hope Oda doesn't change which I highly doubt it because we are all expecting to see what Kaido is capable of. Let's not forget that Kaido now is much stronger than he was during the rocks era Oden's era it was stated by Sengoku. And reading that statement about Kaido from Sengoku scares me more than Luffy Law Kidd and other samurais, you can tell that the gap is huge between Kaido and the rookie pirates. This fight in onigashima will be epic.

Here’s my theory: i think it will be 1 on 1. We know that the only thing that was capable of hurting Kaido was Oden’s sword and we know that Hiyori gave this sword to Zoro but even with it they can’t beat Kaido. I believe that Moria will put Zoro’s shadow on Luffy so he can beat Kaido. Crazy idea but I think that his defeat will be a part of Blackbeard’s plans. I mean we know that he can make good strategies that resulted on him becoming an Emperor and having one of the most powerful Devilfruits and Moria is with him so in my opinion it would make sense if he had a hand on it. The prophecy tells about “nine shadows from the moonlight that interweaves 20 years TOGETHER”. What if nine shadows literally comes together in one person? I think that would make sense. So this is my theory, I don’t know if anyone thought the same but it is the most plausible thing that could happen.

The 1v1 showdown could also be argued has been highlighted in the plot. First at Punk Hazard when Luffy told Law that *he* is going to beat all the Yonko, and later on at Zou when he teams up with Momo creating the alliance saying "but leave Kaido to me". It is the only alternative that correspond with, as you mentioned storytelling trend, and with Luffy's ideal of freedom and his role on the crew as a captain. You can take it back as long as during Arlong Park when he ranted about not being able to do anything else than beating their opponents for the sake of the crew's safety or post Dressrosa when he spoke about his idea of freedom being able to punch his way through any hindrance on his journey through freedom.

So luffy and Zoro have to show an exponential growth, even Oda stated that he wants luffy to surpass the old generation and that would be sense. He has to fight Blackbeard and it’s foreshadowed that countless times that they will clash. Blackbeard obtained two of the strongest devil fruits in their types, and luffy has to one vs one that which seems absurd since luffy only has the Gomu fruit. I think that Luffy will beat kaido 1 on 1. My reasoning being : - fire festival raid will end in major failure. Luffy will have more time to train and develop for round 3, - luffy is known for achieving the impossible during the series. Beating experienced pirate - Crocodile with sheer willpower. Declaring against World government, giving a new purpose in life to Demon Child. Punching celestial dragon. Breaking into and escaping impel down. Saving Ace in a war filled with insane powerhouses. Making Katakuri's back touch the ground, breaking into Yonkou territory. So many things were declared as impossible, only to have Luffy show us the opposite. That's why I think that 'If it's 1v1, Kaido wins' could be taken as next challenge for luffy to overcome. - In other shounen series I could see a team effort against Kaido to bring him down, but not in one piece. Even if there is a team fight similar to Oars (which I might be a nice reference), I still think that like 80 % of work to beat Kaido has to be done by Luffy himself. - One Piece is series about incredible willpower and standing above others in a world full of people willing to go very far to achieve their dreams. If luffy is meant to come out as a pirate King candidate after Wano, him winning a three way conflict of Yonkou crews (4 if we count Kidd, who is the only Luffy rival deliberately portrayed as his equal) would be the way to demonstrate that. Anything less would not be the way Oda does things. Luffy has to come out as a fully fledged Yonkou / primary PK candidate after Wano.

About the fights, I won't dare to guess match-ups, but I'll guess some general expectations: - Big Mom and Kaidou won't fall on 1v1 fights. These guys are on Whitebeard level, who fought the entire marine headquarters, an admiral and the whole Blackbeard crew before finally being defeated. I don't see them falling to anything bellow a gang up of the strongest. While Luffy will do something amazing and be the star of the brawl, he won't do it alone. - The "high tier" near-or-above-billion bounty enemies (Smoothie, Jack, Queen and King) will be fought by Worst Generation members (Luffy [or maybe Zoro in his place], Law, Kid and Drake) - The "mid tier" threats will be fought by the Strawhats, and Hawkins (who will see the chance to defeat Kaidou and change sides). These include Apoo, the Flying Six, the Numbers and Big Mom children. - Orochi, Kanjuro, Fukurokujo and the Oniwabanshu and Mimawari guys will probably be dealt by the Scabbards. - There's still the mystery of who Nekomamushi will bring with him. I'm betting on some Whitebeard pirates, especially Izou. - I think there's a chance for Capone Bege to appear, if his cover story leads him to Wano. It would make sense for him to target Big Mom again. If so, he may get a mid-tier fight before joining the big Yonkou brawl. - There's still the question of what Caribou's role may be. While I don't expect anything major from him, like having his own fight, I bet on him doing something important for the story at some point. - I think Moria and Perona may appear and turn the tide at some point, maybe near the end. Wouldn't be surprised if Moria uses his ability to empower others on the big Yonkou fight ("You do it" is his motto, after all).

My prediction is Oda will replicate Luffy vs Crocodile: two lost battles before a close victory. Luffy was defeated almost instantaneously the first time he faced Crocodile, with almost no effort from Croco, very similar to how drunk Kaido one shot Luffy. The second time Luffy had a new trick/weapon (water barrel), very similar to how it's teased that Luffy is learning new kind of Haki. But in the end Croco won through pure raw power. The final battle is pure endurance and will strength, which Luffy will win because he's luffy

Also you see this in anime all the time, where someone is given a title of being undefeated and all that and the protagonist comes and defeats them. Luffy will 100% defeat Kaido. It's an ending that must happen in order for the anime to move forward. I don't how he will do it, maybe the training he is doing will increase his gear 4 form tenfold or maybe he will unlock some hidden powers or maybe he would be finally be able to use gear 5, I don't know but no matter what happens Luffy is defeating Kaido.

abhi nav maybe law will use his fruit to make Luffy immortal and sacrifice himself but I don’t see oda doing that because it will make the fight have no stakes and make Luffy too op

The "9" that Toki referred to... Maybe she was referring to: 1: Luffy 2: Zoro 3: Law 4: Kidd 5: Killer 6: Hawkins 7: Apoo 8: Drake 9: ??? (Urouge? He had interactions with Kaido, at least). The rest of the Supernovas aren't there for sure: Blackbeard is likely busy with his new territory. This option seems to make the most sense to me, unless... Will Shanks return from Reverie? They're going to need SOMETHING to even out the balance of power with Big Mom.
