My grandma is 90 and can no longer teach me recipes. i know quite a bit but did not master bake. thank you for doing these videos because they help people like me (1st generation american) continue on with our guyanese culture. the fish must be fried first to burn out fish wrenck ,after 2 minutes then add seasoning
