I make floats like that, and cut them in triangles, but I spice up bakes with onions, garlic, green onions and a bit of fresh thyme. Yummy!

Just stumbled on to you site. What I find encouraging, and would like to encourage you to keep doing, is that you give these essential tips that I suspect save viewers from making mistakes. E.g. not adding cold liquids to your bake flour-mixture, or while cooking curry: watch for the oil to start separating from the paste at the end of frying it up. Thanks, and keep up the good work.
