Sit as close as you like; your training video is excellent, either way -- clear, concise, coherently delivered!

I don't know man. I've watched all of your videos. I liked the mild discomfort at first with how close you sat to the camera... After a few videos I just realized that I liked it and I felt like I was going to learn something. I'm watching these on 27" monitors - so yeah your head was big on my screen but it made my day. Great videos!

Great tutorial. Worth mentioning that Custom MOH doesn't get used when call parked and hence custom MOH still needs to be added to the default group. I believe this is being fixed

Love these videos. I played with Astrix, freePBX and some others about 11 years ago and loved the features. I had done a few of KSU installations but I was never a phone guy so the lingo is not familiar to me. Would the UCM6308 have the same program layout?

Hi willie Nice video Could you please make one video about external call forwarding through analog trunks using grand stream phones. Some where I read that external call forwarding is a PBX feature and it will work through only software interface programing we can't able to activate using phone buttons. Thanks.

Great video, still on the fence about this device, does it have something similar to FOP Flash Operator Panel, as this is one of the main things all of my customers "must" have. Ugggh, the price has gone up...again :)

Good video. I have a question though, i did everything to add a new phone. The phone shows an IP, that IP i see under zeroconfig as well, i hit edit and i assigned the extension, then I click saved and I clicked update to send the notify but the phone never provision. Any idea why or how can I solve the issue. I was able to provision 3 others with no issues, i even tried it on a different Ethernet port and no luck. I plugged another phone there and that one was able to work perfectly fine.

Hello Willie. I try to create a ring group for: When a call is entering I would like ext 1000 (front desk) ringing for 15 seconds and if no response, the call will be transfered to ext.1002 (Pierre) and if ext. 1002 not respond, the call is sent to the Voice Mail.
@realbeaudoin11152 жыл бұрын
I have create a ring group with the reception extension and the second desired extension as the only members. I set the ring strategy to Ring in Order with the reception extension being at the top of the list with a ring timeout of X seconds. I have enable “skip busy agent” and then enable destination and set it to go the VM box.

How do you connect multiple PABX, from let say remote office to HQ office, such that the HQ PABX is the one connected to the service provider. so all remote office make outgoing through HQ. The remote offices are connected to HQ via MPLS network at 2mbps.
@carloboy245 жыл бұрын
Do an inbound route to the PSTN SIP Trunk. Your inbound route should be like "9. (for Pattern) and Strip "1", all your calls from remote office should go out with 9 first. Hope I could help you!
