I mean, looking at historical rates, it kinda went pretty solid for a while after the mentioned date, BTC did very well and ETH pretty much doubled by the summer. And BTC hit around equivalent to 72k in USD just a few weeks ago. It's still a hella volatile investment though. Definitely not for money you cannot afford to lose. And the really big gains are still in meme and infancy coins, where the absurd risks are too. In the end, the real winners, as usual, are probably whomever collects the buy/sell/conversion fees. Tried it with a small bit of cash but couldn't stop checking constantly, and kept hesitating on selling when I should have because the exchange fees were about equivalent to 6-8 months of an index fund. If I wanted nervewrecking stress of risk I'd buy a crotch rocket.

@@pr0xZen Crypto is just big bubbles. There is no value being generated, every single dollar someone gets out of it is a dollar someone else is losing (and even more due to fees to pay miners). You can make money off of it just line any other bubble, but the expected value is negative

Okay so hear me out - Game Changer idea: the weeks/weeks leading up to filming an episode, you have different people plant information to the contestants. The sound guy, Ryan, is telling Brennan about his dog? Well guess what? “Brennan - what is Ryan’s dog’s name?”. Grant was talking to the catering guy about how long they’ve been in business? “Grant, how long has Di’Angelo’s catering been in operation?”. It’s a game to see if they’re actually listening when people talk lol. Im 6'6. Truly, the shorts on the jobsite are jealous until they realize they dont have to do any of the high stuff, constantly stepping up and down off of step ladders. Thats what im for, my step-ladder is built in, and neither of us need to work so hard for the same dollar. We do know who is balding, none of us mind grabbing something for you off a tall grocery shelf, people under about 5'10 are certifiably short, under 5'6 are fun-sized, and im nuts over anyone shorter than that. Literally. Crypto block-chain is the communist tech-spin on capitalism and the weather is actually different up here, i only smell other people's body odor when im sitting and i feel like thats got to be much more common for little folk. Its nice to be this understood.
