So Far I've Made The Decision To Stop Working In A Home Improvement Telemarketing Room In Los Angeles CA, To Going Into The Phone Book And Finding My Own Clients For The Contractors I Choose To Do Their Work. It's Kind Of Slow Right Now, But G.C's Knowledge Is Keeping Me Inspired. Everyday. I Feel, And See Myself Building Confidence. Confidence I Didn't Know I Had. After Listening To Him, I Can't Wait To Jump Back On My IPhone 6Plus S. I'm Learning How To Build Self Confidence, And Stamina On The Phone When It Seems Like Nothing Is Working. Grant I watch you all the time. You said don't buy single family which is what I did 20 years ago and you already know how that turned out. I wrote down some goals and started searching. I just looked at a 60 unit ran down apartment complex. I used the sellers equity as part of my down payment and we closed on Friday. You say if you don't ask you don't get. So can you send me any of your books that could be the most useful in growing my business. If not what about some advice on the quickest value adds that I can do. But I would absolutely love some of your books if you have any spares laying around that you could send me I don't mind digital format. Thank you so much for inspiring me enough to take this leap at 49 years old. I'm still the kid at heart who still dreams and most importantly takes action.

If I had the unlimited income, I would pay off my car, my bills for the month (lol) I would retire my mom. I'd buy her a house, pay her every month, put my girlfriend in the best school she wants to go to, give my mom a huge trip to every country she wants to visit, have the biggest wedding, buy two vacation homes, and a nice homey home for my girl and I. And the rest would just be trivial stuff.

You know when I first saw Grant Cardone, he was running around his office leaving messages for people saying "Ring me before I ship the product", and I thought this guy is funny for sure but a complete chancer. However, I read his book Sell Or Be Sold, and it's contains probably the most sense I've ever read in a book. Just wish I had it when I was twenty.
