There point on leverage at the start was enough alone worth watching the entire video, you see people arguing that stocks Bitcoin is better etc but here you get a giant assed building an ASSET with just 33 percent down payment and it pays for itself increases in value and covers the loan which is guranteed unlike Bitcoin and stocks, it's like getting these big things for free💖

I wonder why everyone rely on real estate for making more money. Investment Diversification can help anyone retire early. I made over $550,000 in profit in less 6 months. I won't suggest you put your whole egg in one basket.

@stevemiller56264 жыл бұрын
@@SpudKai timing the market, comparing the returns, and the yields. The stock market has 110 years of history, cardone capital lives and dies with him. He doesn't explain the lack of liquidity of his investment. 5% is a great return, but it's not even close to unbelievable or unheard of. Cherry picking older companies like McDonald's and Amazon and saying you missed the boat. I would have to re-watch the video to find more
@SpudKai4 жыл бұрын
@@stevemiller5626 yeah I see what your saying, My point in life at 23 I want my money to be more easily liquid so I do not want to invest in cardone capital and instead invest in my own realstate one day. I might do stocks for now so I can get the money when I need it in the foreseeable future. Then there is the tax differences on stocks vs realstate vs ira (traditional/roth)... I'm getting my finances together and planning out my future currently. What I'm working out currently is should I invest another 5.5k into my personal roth ira again like I always do or should I just to stocks in non retirement fund so the money is more readily accessible to me when I learn more about business opportunities.
@stevemiller56264 жыл бұрын
@@SpudKai depends on what your Roth is invested in. Max that roth out, sounds like you can max that right now and you have the whole rest of the year to play. I just turned 30 so were close in age. I feel you on the liquid factor. I'm glad I kept alot in a taxable brokerage account for now. These real estate syndications can be a good investment, but not until you have a well rounded portfolio. Buy and hold REITs. The only difference with C.C. from a REITs is that hes an MLP. Theres a bunch of publicly traded real estate MLPs on the market. Same yeilds, totally liquid. He doesn't talk about how an MLP sends you a form K1 and complicates your taxes if your not expecting it. I'm starting to rant now.
@SpudKai4 жыл бұрын
@@stevemiller5626 okay okay, good stuff, Grant did in a video recently talk about how they send you a K1 form for taxes. Didn't explain it though. I'm new to taxes and this is my first year I'm going to try to get tax right offs before 2021 comes. Then you have that 1031 form he talks about, tax-deffered exchange. "Rich Dad Poor Dad" (Robert Kiyosaki) said start planning your taxes for this year now. And the rich don't pay taxes; legally all written off. lol one day.
