Even if you’re not skilled, it is still possible to hire one. I was a project manager and my personal portfolio of approximately $720k of my retirement pension took a big hit in April due to the crash. I quickly got in touch with a financial-planner that devised a defensive strategy to protect my funds and make profit from my portfolio this red season. I’ve made over $250k since then.

It's doesn't mean they aren't capable but some people are just meant to have a different place in society. Anyone can become upper-middle class by simply working really hard long hours. If you're willing to work 12 hours a day 7 days a week you will make good money regardless of intelligence. You won't necessarily be rich though.

It's not that you're doing anything wrong; it's just that you don't have the knowledge to profit in a down market. The only individuals who may earn greatly during tumultuous times like these are experts with considerable knowledge who must have observed the 2008 catastrophe. Their whole skill set is based on trading long and short at the same time, using profit-driven strategies and reducing risk as a buffer against unavoidable downtrends, thus they are well-suited to do so.

Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Just balance it out. You can do some vacations along the way as well, but it will eat into the earning and return. Just cut back on all else, like fancy clothes, watch, fancy restuarants and you will have some cheap vacation money. You ain't going to regret it then. Grant does make a valuable point. If you don't put in 10 years to get there, you will likely live with money stress the rest of your life. That's worse in the end.

@MICHAEL-xr9yx5 жыл бұрын
I thought that as well. Also "don't own, rent" I've mostly heard the opposite
@otismc5 жыл бұрын
Owning a car or a house that does not earn you income is classed as a liability. You buy it, then you pay the bills, mot, service, tax, every year they get more expensive. You sink more and more money into upkeep. This is a poor use of your money. Lease means you get the car, you can get cheap leases and you never have to worry about other bills for that car. Same with real estate. Buy it and rent it out then if the rental cost is higher than your mortgage you generate cash flow this is good. If you buy a house and live in it then you have generated debt which has trapped you financially this is not good.
@drakelar19575 жыл бұрын
@@otismc So if I buy a house and rent it out, where do I go sleep?
@otismc5 жыл бұрын
@@drakelar1957 i think Grant Cardone's belief is you rent a place. You are not tied to it then so you have financial mobility if you need it. There are other property gurus who say buy your first place and rent it then buy your 2nd place and live in it. Main thing is you want to use the money you save to produce more money (make your money work for you by renting a place out) rather than just sitting on your money like in a savings account or in the house you live in. This is what the wealthy do they use their money to earn more money through cash flow from rental property whilst the tenants basically pay off your mortgage for you increasing your net worth.

Lot of actors , musicians, comedians committing suicide . Its not that poor people do not commit suicides Hope people understand spirituality brings more joy , materialism doesn’t even bring joy or pleasure ( it increases sorrow ) It is better to cry in a mercedes than on a cycle , but think what is joy and sorrow , it is within you . Its not like water your drink that you drink something and you becomes happy or sad , it is within you ,,,, why wont you choose to be happy eternally . You can if you get hold of yourself , if you can control yourself or if you can know yourself .. you don’t even know yourself One more thing , there is desire for money or excitement for money but the day you earn it , you know it is not the solution , you may never get what you want ...... you yourself dont know what you want .... there are billions of stars , planets and amidst all this you are dancing , how did you come up here ! What to do ! Exactly, the sooner we eliminate the concept of "retirement", the better. Don't even think of it in terms of "retirement", this of it as Step 2. Step 1 is to use your "job" to get the Golden Goose.. let's face it, you need income from SOMEWHERE first. Then when the "career" has elevated you to a point of stability, you are a self-sustaining well-oiled machine that can't be stopped. There is no such thing as "retirement".
