People who feel the need to explain themselves have this deep desire to be understood by those around them, to seek their approval. If you're truly confident in your mission, don't seek the approval of those who don't matter. If you're more concerned about being understood through explaining yourself, good luck in life because you're focused on the wrong things. Stay obsessed on the goals that matter.

Found you through your topic, since it was just what I had just posted a video and blog about. (Never Complain, Never Explain). I so admire those who have the confidence to say "no, thank you" without feeling any need to explain themselves. I've been an "explainer" ever since I can remember and am determined at the age of 58 to finally, finally, stop doing it anymore.
