I was born in grass Valley in 1957. My dad had a grocery store called busy bee. He also had one in Colfax and one in Placerville. He died and 61 from the stroke that basically destroyed my mom and my life I love grass Valley. I would give anything to come back there for the rest of my life to go to the Catholic church that I was baptized in, but I don’t have any money for that so it will never happen which makes me very sad.
