This talk is fantastic! I love what Tara says about gratitude, keeping the confident version of yourself at the forefront of your mind, and being grateful for that version of yourself. This message resonates with me deeply because although I am very confident, self-doubt still creeps in sometimes. During these times, I can reflect on all the love and encouragement that my parents poured into me over the years, which gave me the confidence to believe that anything is possible. For that, I am immensely grateful and passionate about paying it forward by pouring that love and encouragement into my children and everyone around me. Well done, Tara LaFon Gooch!

Thank you so much, Kim!! I thought you would like step #3, having gratitude for your future self and what that means and looks like based off our conversation. It is an interesting concept but I believe that when we can have gratitude for things yet to be, we are able to visualize them clearly and feel them in a VERY powerful way that makes it even more real and tangible. Does this concept resonate with you?

Tara what a powerful talk and story my friend! As you know gratitude is something I've been practicing daily this year will make 4 years and my definition of gratitude is "the light in a room full of darkness. I love the vulnerability you shared in your talk my friend and it serves as a reminder that "Vulnerability isn't a weakness it's a SUPER POWER". I believe the greatest confidence builder is keeping the promises you make to yourself and holding yourself accountable to a standard over feelings ♥ Impossible= I'm Possible 🙌🙌🙌

YES!!! You can't be what you can't see is so powerful because so many people have't considered the visualization aspect that comes with it! True, lasting confidence comes through sustained vision and action built on a foundation of profound gratitude!

Tara. Thank you for sending this video. My thoughts.....is that you nailed it!!! It was excellent, and so well presented. I could feel your pride, and your immense desire to give these gifts of knowledge to your daughter. As a parent, we want so much for them, and it is so tough some times. Your presentation touched me, as an "older" guy, as I have strived to live my life while building my foundations of gratitude and confidence. And as you so clearly emphasized, this can be done in spite of our challenges, which we all experience. Now, I live for the good of what comes today, surrounded by positive people and environments that inspire and propel me towards the future that I have envisioned. So again, an amazing presentation. You should be very proud and confident in a job well done.
