You don’t have to be obsessed with lawns to mow with a Gravely. The results will just make it look like you are.

My Gravely hvz 2350 has been the worst piece of equipment I've ever owned or operated . 1st thing to note is the wiring system & controls are on the right when most of the electronics are on the left , then the Fuel tank is on left when fuel enters on the right ; this means everything crosses & poses a n additional fire hazard & also adds to overall wiring harness length = wasteful on materials & said same about fuel lines being way longer than necessary . 2) Battery cables & solenoid cables are too short about 1.5 inches each & both are Stock parts , I'd guess reused from a different model . 3) belt drive has never worked proper & I only now use this to pull a cart from time to time & yes it was Serviced by Gravely & confirmed this is How poorly they were built . Never even since new did it cut in the middle , even tried upgraded blades gravely recommended Parking brake paws stripped being mere aluminum even w Mower strapped down . Wiring connectors were not weatherproofed nor located properly I could go on & on Keep this in mind I grew Up w Dad owning Service master & using every manufacturers type of Agricultural & Landscaping equipment . I'll never buy a gravely again . With one exception if Gravely were to Sell a Good 2 wheel Diesel tractor w Mitsubishi Non DPF diesel w Ride on sulky & with both front & rear PTO shafts . Ya know like in the early 1900's where they Made their Brand famous . I've looked at the new Aries too & I'm far from impressed As a former Business Advisory Council Awardee for Businessman of the Yr, PM & Nat Dir of Ops & self taught engineer as well as Cert Auto mechanic Gravely/Aries needs to do much better or Cut the Price in half I here they are also now ESG2030 UN2030 compliant somehow ; Idk how they seem to not understand what Equity Social Governing is . To Promote ESG you can't by Design Flaw Uphold Equity in any fashion These machines should be virtually bulletproof by now not made like MTD Globals Junk . Note I'm Autistic not Mentally handicapped & yes I was born a Lefty . Criss crossing the controls, wiring & fuel lines is just Silly I'd be happy to talk to your engineers about How to make these Proper & how to be ESG compliant Note ESG & UN agenda are an utter Failure again just like in 2020 Central Planners are Incompetent You don't promote based on Racist affirmative action nonsense , instead you promote based on Merit . Those who Apply themselves & work the Most whilst treating those in Chain of Command Respectfully are to be allowed to Rise . Anything else is a predictable outcome of Failure . Note I've studied Macroecomnics at length , your Business model is Not working . I do expect you will delete my Comment but I had to leave it here as I could not reach support via online portal . Ps parts & manuals should be avail by Model number & Not require a serial number & I realise you've heard that complaint thousands of times as I've seen & heard it at Retail shops Nationwide all too many times . Loads of new models yet None seem to be proper , how's that working out for Apple 14 as an example = losing money I typed this on a Samsung Note 4 which still works perfect ; even though many Apps don't work w it anymore due to Fraudulent & Extremely wasteful Corp practices in the industry . Please build a proper product That's heirloom in qaulity for the Price ya'll are asking . No worries though Most these days make garbage Zero turns too Why is it 1900-1930s products never seem to break ? Nylon Bushings by the way are Junk Make them from Brass again & Zero fittings should be Standard on all fittings . Get the Voltage regulation problems under control , your STILL using spade connections 🤕 I apologize if you *feel* offended in anyway Law & People care about facts & if your feelings are hurt , Grow up is my advice or Build Character w a Great sense of humor . QA/QC Matters Facts don't care about your feelings Ps I'm Half Indigenous American, Autistic & physically disabled Deny me , how's that for ESG or UN agenda 2030 rubbish . Ps I'd have said alot less if your company Reps when they can be reached weren't so rude to clients when the client is Ultra polite . Overly woke , should go Broke Alert 😂 *We have one who can see* Ps I don't think I'm better than anyone else either ; I'm just Not scared of anyone & Can be brutally honest = Don't abuse Autistics, We feel everything too much as it is, Sensory feedback loop overload w migraines .
