pushups does not mather. size does not scale well. the bigger you are the more power you require to lift your body. its like saying a 130kg man should not go to the gym becaus he can't do push ups even tough he maby benches 70-80kg
@rampage33375 жыл бұрын
@@brandonbitchsingha no theres not. it does not mather if you are fit or not. motivation to go to the gym does not come from being fit it comes from whanting to train. and allso depends on how offten you go to the gym. the more you go the easyer it is. its not harder for a unfit person to go to the gym than a fit person. and if it is then the fit person should put on som more fucking weight becaus he/she is not pushing themselfs hard enough

Hi, I am overweight and started regular exercising around 3 months ago to lose weight. First I lost 2 kg in one month and not lost anything in 2nd month due to the same workout routine and I was also doing cardio before weight training. Then I discovered you and followed your advice and now seeing some results by doing weight training before cardio and calorie deficit as well. I have one question for you, as my goal is to lose weight and is this possible I would stop losing weight as I build lean muscles even I reduce body fat? Grateful if someone share some info , thank you.
@eltonrogefelt6374 жыл бұрын
Azam Badar eat healthy food with some carbs and protein to get the muscles, while still lifting weights and doing cardio. Also depending on what u want to focus on you should plan your workout on that, we say you right now main focus is to gain muscle, then do the cardio after your weightlifting. If the main focus right now is to lose weight then do cardio first. Hope it helps a tiny bit.
