Great advice on growing bigger biceps. I find it probably most beneficial when you talked about targeting both the long head and short head of the biceps and hitting them in the 6-10 rep range while doing cheating reps once in a while. Keep up the informative videos 👍

Sunday-Chest/Shoulders Monday AM-Back Monday PM- Arm Workout #1 (Bicep & Tricep) Tuesday-Legs Wednesday-Complete Arm Day Thursday-Upper Body (minus arms) Friday AM-Lower Body Friday PM-Arm Workout #2 (Bicep & Tricep) Hope it helps, I got measurable gains after two 6 week Mesocycles. Another good thing to add is descending or strip sets. Do as many as you can with heavy weight then drop 25% and do as many as you can with that weight. Some even drop a third time. I would save this for your last 2 sets per exercise and not every exercise that day. 💪🏼

Neither actually. Did 6-8 reps with heavy weight, 15-18 with light weight, superset with triceps, trained to failure, trained all angels, did dropsets, did negative reps. Nothing. Added weight, it went all to the belly, even though it was mostly natural food full of protein, carbs and fiber. Nothing. Bad genetics play a much bigger role than fitness you tubers want to make you believe.

The problem I have, is chronic tendonitis in my left elbow. Nothing seems to help. I was advised to take a few months off, to completely rest the tendons (My doctor said that the only way to heal the inflammation was to rest the arm - repetitive motion was the problem.) However, this has not proven to be true. The tendons were painful during the very first rep.... I lowered the the amount weight I was using, and while I could do more reps, with less pain, by the second or 3rd set, the elbow is quite sore. I use a compression sleeve, and this helps as well, but overall, nothing seems to help.

So do I have to gain weight to grow muscles? I mean I know bodybuilders usually use Bulking and Shredding method, I actually never used it. Maybe I was just scared to have bigger belly. I'm like 5'9 and 75kg-76kg(165lbs 168lbs) And trying to keep my weight like that. I mean when I see I'm going down from 165 lbs than I eat more and go up to 168, than go down and up like 3-4lbs stable. Maybe is that why I dont gain any centimeters on my arms? besides newbie muscles? I mean should I go to like 180lbs and stay there for a week or two than return back to 165 lbs?

Hey brother, do you still track steps? I was doing 20k a day but now that I’m down from 13% to 10% body fat, I want to implement abs workouts during the day but not skipping my full body heavy lifting. So adding the workouts might not get me to 20k steps a day.
